3. Payments

During the term of this Agreement, Primewall shall pay Affiliate a payment, as determined by Primewall in its sole and absolute discretion, calculated on the Net Revenue ("Revenue Share"). Revenue Share payments will be determined according to the Primewall payout policies in effect at the time based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the quantity, quality, and validity of clicks on Ads, Ad impressions, and Actions, and User demographics such as the country of origin of a User's IP address. Primewall shall pay Affiliate the Payments in up to 30 days after the Affiliate place payment request. In case of partnership termination, we will pay Publisher the undisputed Payout due and payable to Publisher accrding to our payment terms.

4. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Primewall website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Primewall does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Primewall may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Primewall does not make any commitment to update the materials.

5. Links

Primewall has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Primewall of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
